You do not need a special charger. Slide the display module out of the strap and plug it into any USB port, like a laptop or a phone adapter. If you want a dedicated wall adapter, we also sell one separately.

A full charge takes around 1 hour and lasts about 14 days on the Standard band and 20 days or more on the Pro, depending on how many alarms you run.

No. A smartwatch is built for many things and needs charging almost every day. Our band does one job, waking you up, and runs for weeks on a charge. There is no glowing screen at night either: the time only lights up when you tap the band.

No, and you do not need to. The time and up to 3 alarms are set on the band itself, so there is no app to install and no phone to pair.

The Standard band uses one strong vibration. The Pro raises the vibration by itself in three steps, soft, then medium, then hard, until you press the button.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery, except items bought on sale.
