Shipping Policy

At FitSleeps, we want your order to reach you quickly, wherever you live. We ship tracked to 40 countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and most of Europe.

Once you place an order, it is processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Once the package is en route, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your order on our Track your order page. Delivery takes 3 to 9 business days, depending on your location and the volume of your order.

Delivery times:

• Processing: 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Delivery: 3–9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note: delivery times are estimates. Deliveries can take longer during holidays and peak seasons, or when a package is held for a customs check.

Shipping Costs

Every order ships with tracking. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. We offer the following tracked shipping option:

• Orders of $45 or more: free tracked shipping.
• Orders under $45: tracked shipping for $6.99.
