Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse you receive an email with the tracking number.

Delivery takes 3–9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation on our Track your order page to see where your package is.

International parcels often show no new scans for a few days while they travel between countries and clear customs. The tracking catches up once the carrier in your country receives the package.

If more than 9 business days have passed since dispatch, write to us at support@ftsleepscare.com with your order number and we will check with the carrier for you.

Check around your door, mailbox and with neighbours, and wait one more business day, as carriers sometimes mark parcels delivered a little early. If it still has not appeared, contact us with your order number and we will help you sort it out.
